Gleneagles Cardiac Centre's Operating Theatres are the only theatres in Brunei which are well equipped with cutting edge technology to carry out procedures such as:

• coronary artery bypass grafts
• heart valves replacement and repairs
• closure of atrial septal defects
• aortic root stem replacement
• pulmonary trunk replacement using homograft surgeries

to name a few

The Surgical team comprises of the Head of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery, Cardiothoracic Surgeons and Anaesthetist. The other members of the team are fully trained, qualified and experienced Perfusionists and Staff Nurses. The operating theatre is managed by a Nurse Manager.
