Gleneagles JPMC’s Cardiac Rehabilitation Unit (CRU) had the pleasure of celebrating Hari Raya Aidilfitri with participants of its rehabilitation program. The event was hosted at the Parkview Hotel in Jerudong last weekend and was graced by our Chief Operating Officer, ‘Izzul Hamzi bin Haji Jomari as the Guest of Honour.
Ms. Logavalli Bahaulayan, Acting CRU Manager, highlighted the program’s mission which includes educating patients on lifestyle changes, the importance of exercise, dietary control, and medication adherence. With a focus on progress and readiness for a healthier life, the program has been running since 2006, with 150 participants currently enrolled for 2024.
It was a heartwarming occasion that strengthened the bond between dedicated CRU staff and participants of the program.
